About Me

My name is Da'Monique Wilkins; I am the owner and founder of Renee's House of Healing. I graduated from Everest Institute in May of 2014. During my time at Everest, I learned so much about massage therapy. I've been licensed since 2014. I worked for a chiropractor for a short period of time, but I went on to pursue a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant; which really helped me in so many ways. I have experience with people from all ethnic backgrounds and ages. 

Being a Massage Therapist, I feel it is important for me to make sure that I prioritize my overall health and well-being in order for me to care for others. I started my self-care journey in 2021 during the Pandemic. I believe the saying "You can't take care of others unless you take care of yourself first." I make it my priority to practice self-care in my everyday life. 

I published my first children's book titled "Renee's Royal Secrets" in 2021. I recently graduated from Oakland Community College with an Associate in Business Administration in May of 2023.  I felt it was vital for me as a Massage Therapist to be educated in business not just for dealing with clients, but for me to start my own business. It has always been my passion to start my own massage business. This is how Renee's House of Healing was created.
